Terms of Service

To use certain features of Ddudu, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

If you register as a creator, you agree to:

• Content Ownership: You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
• License Grant: You grant Ddudu a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform
• Accurate Descriptions: You will accurately describe your content and access levels (free, subscription, pay-per-view)
• Tax Compliance: You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activities
• Is sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

As a viewer on Ddudu, you agree to:

• Not share, download, or redistribute creator content without permission
• Respect creators and other users in comments and interactions
• Not attempt to circumvent payment requirements for premium content
• Not use automated tools to scrape or collect content

Payment Processing: All payments on Ddudu are processed in real-time through Stripe. When you subscribe to a creator or purchase pay-per-view content, payment is charged immediately to your payment method.

Subscriptions: Creator subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pay-Per-View: One-time purchases for individual episodes or content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Creator Payouts: Creators receive payouts through Stripe Connect. We deduct our platform fee before payouts are processed. Payout schedules and minimum thresholds are determined by Stripe Connect policies.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Platform IP: The Ddudu platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Yotta Finance Limited. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

Creator Content: Creators retain ownership of their content. Viewers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view purchased content.

DMCA/Takedowns: We respect intellectual property rights. To report infringement, contact us at legal@ddudu.com with details of the allegedly infringing content and proof of your ownership.

We reserve the right to:

• Review and moderate content at our discretion
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required

We aim to review reported content promptly but do not guarantee specific response times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ddudu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content uploaded by creators

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with notice where practicable.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. Creators may withdraw remaining earnings per our payout policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
